Long Description of Sighting Report

Jogging in the park around 5:30pm,,, a extremly bright object emitted a strong glow ..ball like in shape...,this caught my eye,,, as i looked up,, not far from the object was a airline plane with a chem trail. This object glowing had no chem trail,, it started to expand in size,, white/orange colour,,, after a second or 2 it retracted in size,, and vanished,,, only 2 reappear again and do the same thing,, expand,,, and retract into nothing,, as if it went invisable,, this lasted for about 6-10 seconds. No sounds,,not much movement,, it moved only slightly it seemed,,, it was about the same height as the plane,, seemed like the same distance maybe,,, not close enough to the plane to be mistaken for part of the plane,, there was a good distance. I have never seen anything like that in the sky before. When i first looked at it, i didnt know what it was,, looked like a typical ufo shape and moved strange and was extremly bright.
