Long Description of Sighting Report
At about 3:45 AM, I was out looking at/for the Leonid Meteor Shower. Directly to the South, I saw the SAME thing as I described in my earlier report. It is a light flashing in red, white, and blue. Again, it seems to be "hovering" over wide open spaces. I observed it as it stayed stationary for about 15 minutes. I came in for coffee and to warm up a bit. When I went back out, at 4:15 AM, it was in the same relative position. I turned away to get a chair, and when I turned back, it was gone. As of 4:30 AM, it hadn't returned.
